As a young Swiss association, we strengthen children and young people in crisis through joy, creativity, and inner strength.
Our vision is a world full of young people who find greater well-being, self-determination, and peace through fun, creativity, and willpower.
Bombart is an international peace initiative that aims to process trauma, promote talent, and create new opportunities for children and young adults.
We work with children and young adults in crisis, and support them in expressing their perceptions and feelings through art and creativity.
Our Key Objectives
To strengthen the emotional wellbeing of children and youth by supporting them in processing trauma and hardship through creative expression, storytelling, and moments of joy.
To expand visibility, dialogue, and global collaboration by creating platforms such as The Art of Peacebuilding exhibition in LAAX, and by partnering with international organisations to promote exchange, partnership, and shared learning.
To foster peaceful coexistence and intercultural understanding by implementing conflict prevention measures, encouraging interfaith and intercultural collaboration, and raising awareness among the wider public.

Our estimates show that the number of children living in conflict zones reached a record high last year: 520 million – more than one in five children worldwide. Protecting children in conflict zones is more urgent than ever.
1, 2, 3 – Let’s go!
Get a glimpse into our kick-off workshops in the northern regions of Pakistan, where, together with the Mountain Institute for Education and Development (MIED) and with support from the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF), we were able to conduct our pilot project at an altitude of 3,000 meters above sea level.
Our first video on YouTube has already garnered over 113,000 views – a strong indication of the public interest and the potential of our work.

to the bright spotlight in LAAX
Curtain up!
At the invitation of the organisers, we will transform the Art Space of the Riders Hotel in LAAX (GR, Switzerland) into a place where peace can not only be envisioned but experienced.
From 5 to 22 February 2026, and in collaboration with the art+culture curators of the Weisse Arena Group, we present «The Art of Peacebuilding» – our first art exhibition in Switzerland.
I believe it’s important for the cultural sector to become more empathic — and to use their platforms to draw attention to the challenges and the things that truly matter in our society.

To realize the exhibition with the desired quality and depth, we still need financial support.
Only thanks to enormous personal unpaid commitment, the voluntary support of our helpers and a large dose of courage were we able to successfully implement our first projects – and thus lay the foundation for our work.
A substantial part of the scheduled exhibition is supported through in-kind contributions by the Weisse Arena Group — particularly the free use of the Art Space of the Riders Hotel, and visibility through their platform. To realise the exhibition at the desired quality and depth, additional financial support is required.
